All packages include hosting setup, SSL and domain registration via Domain.co.za in your name. Monthly maintenance has no lock-in — cancel any time. Prepay annually and get the equivalent of 2 months free.
Frequently asked questions
Do I really get a preview before paying anything?
Yes — a real, working homepage preview built specifically for your business, at no cost and with no obligation. We only ask for a deposit once you've seen it and decided to go ahead.
How long does a website take to build?
Most websites are completed within one to two weeks of us receiving your content and approval, depending on the package selected.
How does payment work?
Essential and Professional: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on completion before launch. Premium: standard 50/50, or a 3-part split of 40% deposit, 30% at preview stage and 30% before launch. Monthly maintenance is billed via EFT with no lock-in — cancel any time.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. Once final payment is made, the website belongs entirely to you. We register your domain through Domain.co.za under your own details, so you retain full ownership at all times.
What if I want to cancel the maintenance plan?
No problem — there's no lock-in contract. Your website remains fully yours to keep even if you cancel maintenance. Prefer to pay yearly? Prepay annually and get the equivalent of 2 months free.
What about work outside my package?
Anything outside your package's scope — extra pages beyond your limit, or bespoke custom features — is quoted and agreed with you upfront at a flat rate of R450 per hour. You'll never be charged for extra work without agreeing to it first.
Can I sell products online?
Yes. Our E-Commerce Add-On from R6,999 adds a full online store — product catalogue, cart and secure payment via Yoco, PayFast or PayGate — to any package.
